Front Desk- Administrative Coordinator (Maternity Leave Contract)

The incumbent will be under the supervision of the Executive Director, and is responsible for reception services, clerical administration, computer and business systems support, typing, communications and record keeping duties for the organization. The successful candidate will also provide administrative coordination and support to the organization’s fundraising committee and assist with marketing and communications efforts in collaboration with program coordinators and executive director.

Location: Main Office – 314 2nd St East

Hours:  33 hrs/week

Infant Development Program Coordinator (Permanent Full-time)

The Infant Development Program Coordinator provides consultation and support to families with children 0-6 years with identified special needs and diversabilities (With a focus on infants aged 0-3 years old). This position is a part of the Family Services Team and receives supervision from the Executive Director and Practice Support.

Location: Main Office – 314 Second St East

Hours:  28 – 30 hrs/week

Community Drop-In Assistant

Community Connections Outreach and Development, serve a diverse population through its services and support. This position is key in creating a welcoming environment where people can come to have a bite to eat, socialize, and get assistance to ensure their basic needs and wellbeing. Your work will correspond with other program schedules, including food recovery collection, food bank distribution times, and drop-in sessions.

Location: Outreach Centre – 416 2nd St West

Hours:  20hrs per week

Closing Date: Open until filled
