We can offer support if you are experiencing challenges or struggles. We listen to your unique story with the belief that you are the expert in your own life. We believe that people are not problems and we offer consultation and support to work toward your preferred life. We offer individual, family and group counselling that is inclusive, client-centered and sensitive to culture, gender and spirituality.
