Women
Our vision is to provide a space dedicated to supporting women, to lead the way to a non-violent, socially just, healthy and diverse society in a world free of oppression.
Services, programs and projects are designed and facilitated by women for women and are responsive to identified community needs and desire.
Services are offered through individual, family or group counselling sessions; advocacy and outreach support, as well as, support in connecting to local and government resources such as:

- Support with police-based victim assistance ie. Reporting to police, protection orders, sexual-assault
- Support around violence in relationships
- Support around Family Law issues and connection to legal advice
- Connecting food, shelter, economic supports
- Advocacy and support navigating government and legal systems ie. Child Protection, court orders
All of our services are kept strictly confidential and referrals are not necessary to access these services.
We strongly believe knowledge, ability, skills and resiliency are present in all women.
