We welcome compliments, suggestions, concerns, and general feedback. Anonymous options are available.

How Feedback Helps

Feedback is reviewed regularly and used to:

    • improve programs and services,
    • identify gaps and trends,
    • support staff training,
    • inform planning and quality improvement initiatives,
    • support CARF accreditation standards.

We handle feedback and complaints respectfully and confidentially.
You may choose to share your name or remain anonymous where appropriate.
